Frequently Asked Questions
What is coaching? How can it help me?
- Coaching is the process of helping people achieve personal goals faster and more effectively than they often do on their own. The coach helps the person gain clarity, focus and confidence, then helps them move forward by suggesting the steps to take. The person ultimately transitions from achieving limited results to achieving the results they desire!
How is dating coaching different from matchmaking?
- Matchmakers offer introductions to other members in their database, but don’t coach clients on the critical interpersonal aspects of dating. Dating coaching is part helping people expand their social networks to create many more opportunities to meet desirable singles on their own, and part helping them integrate stronger self-confidence and numerous skills so they can develop relationships with the right people.
How is it done? What if I don't live in the same city as you?
- I work with people in person, over the phone or via internet from other cities anywhere in the world. In fact, I haven't even met one of my married male clients in the U.S., but have only coached him over the phone. He went from hardly having dated to being happily married by having consistent phone sessions.
How many sessions do I need to have? What if I only want a few?
- There's no minimum number of sessions you're required to have if we work together, but I recommend covering a core group of topics that are essential for anyone who's serious about being successful at dating. Clients who cover all the basics get much better results and enjoy dating much more.
